Refund or Exchange Policy
Exchange only applicable for:
- Items has obvious manufacturing defects,
- Customers able to provide the defects photos or videos.
- Report to our sales team thru Whatapps/Facebook/Instagram on the defect within 3 days upon received the products.
Customer is responsible for the shipping delivery of exchange. The delivery fee is not refundable for exchange.
Refund is not applicable to the products and delivery fees.
